Who we are

The Team

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead dedicate two staff to prevention, intervention and enforcement measures relating to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). They are:

Gail Lumsden Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator

Rob Dunford Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

How we work

The ASB Team works closely with other departments within the Council, Thames Valley Police, Housing Associations and local communities, as well as individual victims and perpetrators, in an effort to identify and solve problems on a case-by-case basis. We work closely alongside the Borough's Community Warden Team and task them to specific ASB hotspot areas as well as requesting their assistance in providing reassurance to victims, and also working with those who perpetrate ASB.

We hold monthly cases conferences alternating between the Windsor & Ascot area and Maidenhead, where we share information with our partners and identify the best multi-agency approaches to ASB, review cases of concern and scrutinise evidence gathered as to whether the measures we take are working. Our work is overseen by the Community Safety Partnership, which consists of senior managers from local partner agencies, including the Superintendent of the Local Police Authority (LPA) and directors of local housing associations.
