Community Participation
Community Participation
Active participation from local communities is a key factor in deterring Anti-Social Behaviour. There are plenty of ways to get involved, including:
- Making contact with your Neighbourhood Action Group
- Setting up a Neighbourhood Watch scheme
- Speaking to your local Councillor at their surgeries
- Volunteering with local projects or charities
- Working with your neighbours to keep an eye on their welfare and property
- Keeping a diary of problems that are occurring and reporting them to the Police or Council
