The Partnership
Partners represented on the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (referred to as the community safety partnership) include:
- Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
- Thames Valley Police
- Thames Valley Police Authority
- Thames Valley Probation Service
- Berkshire East Primary Care Trust
- Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT)
- Youth Offending Team (YOT)
- Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service
The Royal Borough's Community Safety Partnership was established in 1999, following the
Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
The Community Safety Partnership is committed to making the Royal Borough a safe place in which to live, work and visit. The Partnership has members from both statutory and non-statutory bodies. The Royal Borough and Thames Valley Police have a statutory duty to prepare and deliver a community safety strategy to reduce crime.
The Community Safety Partnership will do everything within its power to reduce crime and the fear of crime.
